Refund Policy

All sessions for DC Tutoring are paid for in advance. Payment details will be discussed at the free consultation meeting.

If for any reason there are technical problems due to issues at our end we will give either a free refund or if you prefer re-arrange the session at a mutually convenient time.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund if a young person does not turn up for a session or if sessions need to be cancelled in advance because a young person cannot make the session.
